We have been taught for so long to love others more times than the thought of loving ourselves first and foremost. I’m in a new space and phase of life in my 40s. I I’m in a new space and phase of life in my 40s. I am so blessed to have another little one join in on our adventures. Can I just say he fits our family vibes perfectly? It’s as if he was born for this.I am incredibly grateful for new life and new experiences once again after 8 years. Have you ever heard of the saying "boundaries up"? Have you ever heard of the saying "boundaries up"? I have heard it so many times but in all honesty, it's true. We have to be aware of our own well-being at all times to be able to be more effective in interacting with others. You can't give from an empty or drained cup. You have to keep pouring into your own well-being then when you're full, you can easily pour into others. That's why when you're drained especially as a mom learn to say no more often than yes.
